Historic buildings are Mass Masonry constructions. They include all the same architectural building stone elements that can be found on more modern masonry structures and then some. However, the size and weight of each component that goes into a mass masonry structure is giant compared to the components that go into the more modern types of structures. Historic restoration projects represent the bulk of our business to date. Our staff offers decades of experience in stone masoning. Some are trained in the tradional way of elder stone masons passing on the knowledge to the next generation through close apprenticeships and hands on experience. Today, our newbies come to us with formal technical training as graduates from the only Heritage Masonry Diploma Program offered in Canada.

Although we specialize in fabricating ready-to-install architectural building stone components for new construction and historic restoration projects with our proprietary sandstones, we also will work with other stone types and offer sawn slas and billets for sale, as well as stone for landscape purposes.
